In the context of the introduction of digital technologies into all spheres of human activity, the need for the development of emotional intelligence to optimize interpersonal interaction processes and improve the efficiency of activities by including the affective component in digital communication is increasing. This article examines emotional intelligence and its importance for modern team management in the digital era. The article presents the results of a survey of young professionals to identify the significance of the impact of emotional intelligence on the effectiveness of team management in the digital era.
