The relevance of this study is explained by the novelty of using methods of rehabilitation of alcohol industry enterprises within the framework of the bankruptcy institute, which has its own characteristics and has not yet been the subject of in-depth study. There is not enough clear and well-established practice in this area, but it is steadily developing and functioning in our time. The purpose of the article is to consider the possibilities of using modern methods of rehabilitation of alcohol industry enterprises in the framework of bankruptcy proceedings.
The research objectives are to consider the main methods of rehabilitation of alcohol industry enterprises within the framework of bankruptcy proceedings, which are currently available in the scientific literature; to identify the features of the bankruptcy procedure of alcohol industry enterprises within the framework of bankruptcy proceedings.
The research methodology is based on a systematic approach. The methods of the general scientific group were used in the work: the comparative legal method, the method of analysis, as well as the historical method.
Based on the results, the author concluded that for the effective application of rehabilitation methods within the framework of the institute of bankruptcy of legal entities in Russia, continuous improvement of the legal framework, improvement of practice and professional development of specialists is necessary. An important aspect is the participation of both theorists and practicing lawyers to create effective mechanisms that help commercial enterprises overcome financial crises and protect their rights and interests in the bankruptcy process.
