ON SOME FEATURES OF MODERN CRIME IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIO-CULTURAL CHANGES USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE BELGOROD REGION (2018-2023)

Modern society is facing new challenges in countering and preventing crime, which determines the relevance of the consideration of this topic. The article analyzes some of the features and factors influencing the spread of social deviations among young people using the example of the Belgorod region. Special attention is paid to the conditions of involvement of the younger generation in illegal activities in the context of the socio-cultural dynamics of society in the context of new realities. The article analyzes the current state and social changes that have taken place in Russian society, which have had a significant impact on generally accepted social norms and values. The author attempts to substantiate the need to find new social technologies and management models aimed at preventing social deviations due to the active involvement of young people in various forms of crime.
