ECONOMIC AND LEGAL SUPPORT FOR THE FORMATION OF A BUSINESS IN THE FIELD OF CONFECTIONERY FOOD FLORISTRY

The article examines the specifics of combining food production and artistic floristry as a business line in the field of confectionery food floristry. The influence of creative and production components on the formation of unique consumer offers is considered. In addition, the article discusses the main methods of increasing investor confidence in non-standard business models. Main results: a) the author's economic model of business formation in the field of confectionery food floristry has been developed, the essence of which boils down to the integration of seasonal factors, creative solutions and value-added analysis; b) a model of intellectual property protection in the field of confectionery food floristry has been developed, which includes patenting original recipes, decors and technologies. c) the key methods of increasing investor confidence in non-standard business models in relation to confectionery food floristry are maintaining a transparent financial model, implementing successful pilot projects, providing data on successful sales and the introduction of universal product lines.
