The energy sector occupies a key role in the social and economic activities of any state. It is impossible not to notice the influence of the energy sector on national and international markets. Besides, this sector is more and more often used as a tool of geopolitical interaction between countries. Without studying theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of energy policy it is impossible to further develop this sphere.
