the article presents the results of a sociological analysis of the impact of digitalization on the labor values of young people. Socialization of young people today takes place in the context of the rapid invasion of artificial intelligence and digital technologies into the labor sphere. Not only are forms of employment changing, but also the attitude towards the professional path of the generation formed in the new reality. The methodological basis was the approach of the theory of generations of Strauss and Howe. The data collection method was an online questionnaire. The identified features of the change in the structure of labor values reflect a shift in meanings and life goals, as well as a decrease in the importance of solidarity, the value of self-realization and freedom of choice indicate the need to take into account the digitalization factor in working with schoolchildren. The results obtained can find practical application in the formation of a system of extracurricular and extracurricular activities, as well as career guidance in the education system at all levels.
