aim of study – to present the results of reoperations with intra-abdominal hemorrhage and bile leakage in abdominal surgery. Reoperations were performed in 38 patients, of them for bleeding in 22 and bile leakage in 16 patients. Complications in early period occurred in 13 patients (34.2%) (pleuritis - 3, subdiaphragmatic abscess - 1, wound infection in 4, adhesive mechanical ileus - 1, infiltrate in the operating wound area - 4), two patients died from multiple organ dysfunction (5,6).
