The composition and content of the phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity of the flowers and leaves of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. were studied. Thirteen compounds ‒ kaempferol, аstragalin, kaempferol-3-О-β-rutinoside, hyperoside, rutin, quercitrin, apigenin, vitexin, luteolin-7-glucoside; ellagic, chlorogenic, caffeic and vanillic acid are identified. Rutin and ellagic acid are the dominant components. The maximum content of flavonoid substances (4,57 % ‒ in flowers and 2,53 % ‒ in leaves) and total antioxidant activity (0,70 mg/g и 0,38 mg/g, accordingly) was observed during the flowering phase of A. pilosa.
