The frequency and structure of associated diseases in patients with acute myeloid leukemia at the age of 60 years and older were analyzed. It has been established that the most frequent associated diseases in this age group of patients are diseases of cardiovascular systems. In most patients with acute myeloid leukemia aged 60 years and older, was diagnosed more than three comorbidities with a tendency to increase their number with increasing age. The results show that it is advisable to use the degree of comorbidity in patients with acute myeloid leukemia aged 60 years and older as a prognostic factor in the possibility of achieving a 5-years overall survival.
