The concept of a universal professional unit and the architecture of registration of employees and employers in the trusted register

The article deals with the issues of effective functioning of the interactive system between the labor market and the education system. The authors propose the use of an autonomous universal data base designed to take into account the professional qualities of employees and the requirements of employers. The authors note that the considered architecture of employees and employers registration in the trusted register and the concept of a universal professional unit meet the necessary requirements of the trusted storage of information.
