The article describes the current state of proteomic studies in degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the joints. The goals and objectives of proteomics are presented, the main methods are listed, data on changes in the concentration of certain proteins in diseases such as osteoarthrosis, aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, and Legge-Calve-Perthes disease are presented. Unresolved issues and possible prospects for the development of this area of science are shown.
