Modern information technologies in medical research: categorical data analysis with R

The article considers modern information technologies of categorical data analysis in medical research. Methods for frequency comparison two dependent and independent sampling using the Chi-squared test, Fisher's exact test, McNernar's test and Cochran's Q test are described. Formulas and appropriate functions of R language for calculations of the test statistics are considered. Examples of categorical data analyses in medical research with R code are described.
