Arterial hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases and is a serious risk factor for the development of dysfunctions of organs and systems, and is also associated with an increased risk of dementia in the elderly, worsening quality of life. The development of tactics for the treatment of arterial hypertension is one of the most important problems of modern cardiology. The study is devoted to the development of tactics for differentiated drug treatment of patients with hypertensive disease with second-generation calcium antagonists and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors in the form of mono and combination therapy, taking into account the initial state of cardiohemodynamics, quality of life and cognitive status.
