Аir сonditioning in offices and administrative buildings is now a standard, and is crucial for the individual performance of people, and therefore the efficiency of their work. The most important criteria here are thermal and acoustic comfort plus high energy efficiency. At the same time, economic and practical requirements must be met: for investors, the service life, investment and operating costs of the air conditioning system are paramount, while customers of such a system pay the greatest attention to reliability and ease of maintenance. Different purpose and use of office space and requires different approaches to the air conditioning system at the planning stage of the room. When developing air conditioning concepts for open-plan offices, approaches to air conditioning systems are different from those for offices with conference rooms or halls. Development of air conditioning systems for already functioning office buildings with special architecture is associated with additional problems. Here, air conditioning systems should be primarily focused on the space-planning solutions of the building and the nature of the thermal loads of the premises, in order to maximize the energy efficiency of such a system. Therefore, space-planning solutions are the basis for the selection of the appropriate air conditioning system of office buildings.
