Coniferous communities with Siberian Firs (Abies sibirica ledeb.) long-term dynamics on the southern extension limit

The work is devoted to the analysis of changes in the composition and structure of communities with the participation of Siberian Fir in the Borovetskaya Mast-Tree Grove of the National Park "Nizhnyaya Kama" over the period from the 1930s to this day. Intensive forest exploitation was typical for the middle of the period under consideration. We studied the impact of it on the modern state of such communities. An assessment of the results of the establishment of a conservation regime was carried out. The stability of the “mother nucleus” of boreal succession systems functioning at the southern limit of distribution, its system-forming potential, was analyzed.
