The article analyzes complaints, General condition and clinical symptoms in patients with local form of odontogenic infection on the background of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/bronchial asthma/chronic obstructive bronchitis upon admission to the hospital. The compensated condition of life support systems is observed. The leading factor determining the severity of the condition of patients in this group is the nature and prevalence of the underlying disease - odontogenic inflammation of the maxillofacial region, which determines the tactics of treatment and the main characteristics of the preoperative period.
