The trends of the incidence and prevalence of ovarian cancer in population of Primorsky Krai, have been analyzed in the article, based on the offcial statistical reports for 2003—2017. There was an increase in five-year survival of patients with ovarian cancer by 14.2% (p<0.05), one-year mortality decreased by 13.3% (p<0.05). In the structure of mortality from oncological diseases ovarian cancer occupies the third place of 4.23%.
