Musculoskeletal dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint is a fairly common pathology that can lead to a decrease in the quality of life, disability. As an indisputable factor in the development of functional disorders in the temporomandibular joint are any occlusive disorders. And in this regard, it is advisable to use methods of diagnosis of early changes in the temporomandibular joint associated with occlusion. The article is devoted to one of such methods – surface electromyography
