The construction of the optimal plan to treat water areas with dredgers

The problem of formalized description of the task of scheduling the treatment of a set of water areas by a set of dredgers is formulated in the publication. The difference between the classical assignment problems is that there are two types of land plots and two types of dredgers. One type of dredger can handle both types of sites, and the second only one. The variables of the task are the distances between the water areas, the time of their processing. The criterion of efficiency is the total processing time of all water areas, which must be minimized.
