Comprehensive research of scientific and technical problems using modern technology of mathematical modeling and computational experiment

The article considers the historical basis for creating models and conducting computational experiments. There is a significant advantage of the models through the verification of the proposed hypothesis, the allocation of small (large) parameters, evaluation of significant characteristics of objects, phenomena or processes, performing the responsible task of meaningful conclusions from the results. Comprehensive research of scientific and technical problems is currently carried out through the use of modern technologies of mathematical modeling and the use of computer technology and computer programs.
