In the presented study were studied the species composition, frequency of occurrence and phytotoxic activity of fungi from the genus of Fusarium participating in the formation of mycobiota of a number of plants widely cultivated in Azerbaijan. Determined that in the formation of mycobiota of the studied plants participate 10 species of fungi from the genus of Fusarium which differs by the distribution, and frequency of occurrence in individual plants. It was determined that all detected fungi have phytotoxic activity, which varies from 32,5 to 60,1%, and on a quantitative indicator of phytotoxic activity also affect the biological characteristics of the plant.
