The article discusses the possibility of improving the quality of life in patients with climacteric (CS) and postovarectomy (POES) syndromes. 95 women with POES (main IA (n = 48), comparisons IB (n = 47)) and 135 women with CS (main IIA (n = 68), comparisons IIB (n = 67)) were included. All underwent menopausal hormone therapy (MHT), in the main groups - in combination with rhythmic transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS). It has been proven that the inclusion of CS and POES in treatment along with MHT rTMS improves the quality of life, to a greater extent the psychological component.
