Natural resource potential short-term managementusing finite-difference models of the Perm Region

In the work, finite-difference models of the Perm region natural resource potential are built. A forecast of factors was carried out, on their basis the calculation of the corresponding model values ​​was performed. The influence of controlled and uncontrolled factors small changes of on the investigated indicator value is evaluated. A system of recommendations for the regional administration for the short-term management of the Perm region natural resource potential in order to compensate the uncontrolled factors negative influence has been developed.
