The article assesses the influence of gender, age and seasonal factors on the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in the Republic of Dagestan (RD). An epidemiological study of the incidence of RA (code ICD-10 M05-M06) was carried out according to the database of the territorial MHIF for the RD. The comparative analysis included all 71,068 cases of RA (age M ± SD 51.1 ± 16.1 years, women 65.1%) registered for the first time in their lives in 2018-2020. It was found that the dynamics of the incidence of RA in the male and female population of RD from 2018 to 2020 shows a downward trend.
