Given an assessment of the species composition and features of the development of the mycobiota of the main woody plants common in various forest ecosystems of Azerbaijan. It was established that in the formation of the mycobiota of the studied trees participated 73 species of fungi. Of the registered fungi, 68,5% belong to the division Bazidiomycota and 31,5% to Ascomycota, and the studied woody plants differ from each other both in the species composition of the mycobiota and in the number and nature of the pathologies to which they are susceptible.
