The influence of concomitant pathology on the results of surgical treatment and some indicators of the quality of life of patients with diffuse toxic goiter was studied. It has been shown that concomitant diseases (anemia and chronic heart failure of I and II functional classes) significantly reduce the physical and mental components of health, an indicator of social functioning, increasing reactive anxiety.
