Vegetation of aeolian sands of the locality «Sholy» (central Tuva basin, republic of Tyva)

The results of studies of vegetation of aeolian sands of the Central Tuva basin (Republic of Tuva) are presented. The characteristics of seven formations of psammophytic vegetation of the locality «Sholy» are given, among them communities of horsetail and wormwood psammophytic steppes are noted for the first time. The intrazonal presence of fragments of poplar (Populus laurifolia Ledeb.), pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) forest communities and single siberian larch trees among the sandy massifs are original.
