Modern automated control systems allow solving complex problems in the management of production processes in public catering. New opportunities provided by the use of automation of processes in public catering enterprises make it possible to improve the quality of obtaining objective information about the changes taking place at management facilities, the quality of service, and the efficiency of the enterprise.
The proposed automated restaurant production process control system will improve the quality of customer service and production efficiency.
