Pseudohypoparathyroidism is a group of rare diseases associated with parathyroid hormone resistance, characterized by genetic heterogeneity and clinical polymorphism. In the Russian literature to date, the analysis of large cohorts of patients with pseudohypoparathyroidism has not been carried out, which is why this disease is unique. The article presents a clinical observation of a patient with pseudohypoparathyroidism.
