The new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) is one of the serious medical and social problems of the current century. The polysystemic nature of the lesion determines the severity of the course of the disease with the development of a number of serious complications both in the early and late periods after the disease. First of all, the respiratory, cardiovascular and nervous systems are affected. In this regard, the inclusion of rehabilitation measures and programs at early stages (including in the intensive care unit) is an important task of the modern treatment algorithm for patients with COVID-19. At each stage of management (intensive care unit, hospital or clinic), certain requirements are imposed on rehabilitation programs, their volume and duration are indicated.
