CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN A HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION

This article analyzes the work on the impact of customer relationship management systems (CRM) on the activities of medical organizations in the period from 2007 to 2022. Common problems are identified and their content is outlined. The main purpose of this work is an analytical review of existing studies concerning the use of CRM systems in healthcare organizations in the period from 2007 to 2022.
