The analysis of the fire danger of the monorail station was carried out, the data obtained on the spread of fire hazards, evacuation, working hours by fire departments allowed us to form a model of the totality of factors affecting the organization of the work of fire departments, which in turn allowed us to develop a model for determining the optimal decision-making task by the fire extinguishing manager minimizing the consequences of insufficient training and accumulated combat experience.
