The article is devoted to the problem of creating robotic trucks for industrial use. The design of such complex vehicles is carried out using digital twins of the main units and components. The structure of a complex model of a robotic chassis is described. The digital twin set of the main systems has been developed: engine, gearbox, transmission, brake system, steering, and suspension. The results of the simulation on the digital twin of the gearbox are presented. The developed models are used both at the design stage and during the operation of robotic vehicles.
