ON THE ISSUE OF MANAGING THE INPUT SET OF CRITERIA WHEN CHOOSING A STRATEGY FOR DESIGNING CORPORATE INFORMATION SYSTEMS

The paper analyzes the methods of multicriteria optimization (MCO). An example of the formation of criteria at the stage of choosing a strategy for designing corporate information systems (CIS) is considered. The article describes the application of the hierarchy analysis method, followed by an analysis of the results obtained. The main issues in the application of MCO are formulated, possible solutions are proposed. A scheme for determining the strategy for designing corporate information systems (CIS) has been formed.
