Relevance. In response to the global pandemic of a new coronavirus infection in 2020, innovative healthcare approaches were introduced in the Perm region. Particular attention was paid to the creation of a system for remote monitoring (RM) of the health of patients with a high risk of cardiovascular disease. On the territory of the Perm Territory, a regional project "Remote monitoring of the health status of patients with cardiovascular diseases" has been created since July 2020. Materials and methods. The study included 253 patients who had myocardial infarction (MI) at the Clinical Cardiology Dispensary in the period from 2019 to 2022. Results. In the UM group, a lower level of low-density lipoproteins (p=0.049) and atherogenic index (p=0.019) were revealed. The group of patients with UM showed an impressive survival rate of 97.3% at 12 months from the start of the study, in patients without UM, the survival rate was significantly lower, amounting to 88.6%. Conclusion. In this study, two groups of patients were compared: one group voluntarily participated in the remote monitoring program, and the other group refused to participate. Statistically significant differences in clinical and laboratory parameters were found. In a 12-month survival analysis, UM can be considered as a favorable predictor of patient survival after myocardial infarction.
