The work is based on the study of treatment outcomes of 86 patients aged 15 to 86 years with infected post-traumatic and postoperative complications of foot injuries. A set of therapeutic measures, including, among other things, preoperative and surgical sanitation of infected tissues with low-frequency ultrasound against the background of long-term regional intra-arterial therapy made it possible to obtain positive outcomes in 94.5% of patients.
