The article deals with the peculiarities of using computer vision to visually check the quality of vegetables. Separately in the process of research the scheme of using computer vision to solve this type of problems is formalized. The requirements for scanning objects and obtaining high-quality hyperspectral images are also emphasized. In addition, for the segmentation, recognition and extraction of a set of features of images it is proposed to use the method of classification based on independent clusters.
