The article presents the results of a study of the effect of harmful production factors on the reproductive function of female conductors. The features of the reproductive toxicity of the specifics of the professional activity of a woman conductor of railway transport in relation to the course of her pregnancy and the course of childbirth are analyzed. The presence of reproductive toxicity of the professional activity of a railway transport conductor, manifested both during pregnancy and directly in childbirth, was revealed. As a result of our study, the presence of a negative impact of harmful production factors of the professional activity of female railway conductors on the manifestation of their reproductive toxicity was revealed, which requires the development of recommendations for the management of pregnancy and childbirth, taking into account the specifics of professional activity.
