The article discusses the features of automation of decision-making processes in the management of an airline through artificial intelligence technologies. The relevance of automation of decision-making processes is substantiated. Examples of implemented artificial intelligence technologies are considered. He pays special attention to machine learning and data analysis. The tasks in the work of the airline, which can be solved with the help of artificial intelligence technologies, are highlighted. It is concluded that the decision-making process in the airline management system based on artificial intelligence technologies should be based on obtaining primary data and aimed at improving operational efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction and achieving business results.
