This article presents the results of endovideosurgical treatment of benign neoplasms of the adrenal glands with various approaches. The advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic and retroperitoneoscopic access during adrenalectomy are given. The basic concepts that allow performing endovideosurgical adrenalectomy safely are formulated. The developed concepts proved to be effective in the prevention of intraoperative and postoperative complications in patients with endovideosurgical adrenalectomy and led to the modernization of the technique of surgery and the choice of optimal access. These concepts make it possible to increase the efficiency and safety of various access methods in the endoscopic treatment of adrenal pathologies. The developed concepts require further analysis and evaluation of long-term results.
