Proper diagnosis and rational treatment of malocclusion is a very important component in modern orthodontics. Particular disputes among orthodontists are caused by diagnostic methods associated with the dependence of the state of the masticatory muscles and elements of the temporomandibular joints on the position of the front teeth. The difficulty at the stage of diagnosis is due to the lack of information about the topographic features of the location of the teeth in various intrusive variants of dental arches.
