The article presents a clinical observation of a patient with a history of breast cancer and subacute development of paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration (Anti-Yo-1). The anamnesis, clinical manifestations, and results of instrumental and laboratory research methods are described, which make it possible to establish a diagnosis of paraneoplastic neurological syndrome. The patient's management tactics using combined pulse therapy with high doses of glucocorticoid hormones (methylprednisolone) in combination with cyclophosphamide are presented. This patient belongs to a high-risk group for cancer pathology and requires further observation and in-depth diagnostic screening for the presence of malignant tumors.
