UX AGREEMENT: OVERCOMING DISAGREEMENTS BETWEEN DEVELOPERS AND CUSTOMERS

The article discusses the problems of interaction between the customer and the contractor within the framework of the UX concept. The purpose of the work is to study non-direct knowledge of users in the field of user interface, for example, whether they are aware of various action models or not. Thematically, within the framework of this work, it is more interesting whether the same understanding exists, so the criteria are considered rather in a comparative form. Possible solutions are analyzed and recommendations for their optimal application are given.
