Currently, the first place in mortality is occupied by cardiovascular diseases, the most important factor predisposing to the development of these diseases is elevated cholesterol levels. The earlier the fight against dyslipidemia begins, the more favorable the prognosis for the patient. According to new clinical recommendations, a strategy for early administration of combined lipid-lowering therapy to patients with very high cardiovascular risk has appeared. Thus, this study examines the issue of non-compliance with the recommendations for the appointment of combined lipid-lowering therapy in patients with very high cardiovascular risk.
