A total of 358 patients aged 35 to 65 years were examined): 156 of them were patients with acute coronary syndrome on the background of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia syndrome (main group), 202 patients with acute coronary syndrome without dysplasia (comparison group) and 50 somatically healthy individuals (control group). It was found that in patients with acute coronary syndrome, against the background of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia syndrome with high levels of oxyproline, there are changes in echocardioscopic indicators that characterize the process of maladaptive variant of cardiac muscle remodeling.
