Pregnancy in a rudimentary horn is a rare pathology that does not have specific manifestations and therefore may be missed during screening and lead to serious consequences for a woman. A 32-year-old woman with a fourth pregnancy at the 6th week of gestation was hospitalized in the gynecology department, where a frozen pregnancy of 6 weeks was found. After the decision was made to urgently carry out the operation, preparations were made. During laparoscopy, an additional uterine horn was discovered, which was successfully cut off along with the frozen pregnancy and extracted in an endopackage. The diagnosis was confirmed histologically. Pregnancy with a rudimentary horn is an extremely rare cause of ectopic pregnancy and this case highlights the need for careful examination of pregnant women due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations for this pathology.
