Annotation. The results of an analysis of associations of circulating immune complexes (CICs) in blood serum in 244 patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) with various combinations of polymorphic allelic variants of the immune response mediator genes TNFα rs1800629, IL-10 rs1800872 and IL-6 rs1800795 are presented. In the group of patients with JIA, genotypes of two-locus (IL-10*AA/IL-6*GC, TNFα*GA/IL-10*СA) and three-locus (TNFα*GG/IL-10*AA/IL-6*GC) models were established, significantly less common among patients with elevated levels of CEC. No associations have been established for individual loci. It is expected that in the course of further research, the results obtained will make it possible to predict and optimize the effectiveness of management of patients with JIA in accordance with its immune status and taking into account genetic characteristics.
