This work is aimed at analyzing intelligent open access learning systems integrated with learning analytics, capable of individualizing the learning process and offering personalized recommendations. Based on the analysis, recommendations were formulated for improving existing systems and creating smarter massive open online courses (MOOCs) to provide more effective training for a wide range of students. The purpose of this work is to identify the main shortcomings of existing systems and methods of knowledge analysis, as well as to make proposals for their improvement. In the course of the presented work, the following tasks were accomplished: to conduct research into the effectiveness of types of intelligent open access learning systems, identify the main shortcomings and propose ways to eliminate them. Formulate conclusions and recommendations for integrating these systems into the educational process.
