The article presents a clinical case of subacute sinusitis that developed in a patient a long period after complex dental treatment, which is not amenable to conservative treatment and required differential diagnosis. The clinical picture starting from the debut of the disease is shown; the stages of complex dental treatment and instrumental methods of investigation are presented, on the basis of which the final diagnosis is made. The results of pathohistologic examination are presented.
