The article analyzes the subjectivity within the phenomenology of E. Husserl. The principles of E. Husserl's phenomenology allowing to reveal the nature of human subjectivity and semantic structures of subjects are analyzed. In the context of phenomenological methodology social reality is defined as a result of the process of meaning formation initiated by the participants (subjects) of communication.
